In 1980, we started our business life on a mobile table in Adana's Kozan district and continued our business life in Adana in 1985. In 1993, we opened a liver-kebab parlor under the name of "Ciğerci Ertan" and made our business more organized. Then we started to produce our own turnips to sell only in our business. However, due to the intense interest of our customers and their extreme satisfaction, we established a turnip factory under the name of "Elzem Şalgam" in order to ensure that everyone tastes this taste. Our products are our own production and are carefully prepared in accordance with the rules of cleanliness and meticulousness and quality standards. Our sales continue in Adana/Yüreğir- Kozan Road and Adana/Seyhan-Gençlik Square.
