Mini Rack Rack Systems

Mini rack systems are the most useful storage method, especially for small and medium-sized products. It provides great convenience for stacking mostly small-volume products. In addition, it provides the opportunity to be used together with other shelf systems in case of need. For more packaged products, the mini-load rack is the most suitable solution. The structural elements and accessories of such shelf systems are richer. This allows the system to be installed in the warehouse area in the most effective way.

In the light-duty rack, sleepers can be manufactured in two different sections top pressing and inside pressing. What is meant to be explained here is how the shelf table should sit on the traverse. If the sleepers are made by pressing from the top, the shelf table sits on the sleeper. In the case of internal pressing, the shelf tables fit inside the traverse and are at the same level as the traverse. Traverse sections are 30x50mm or 40x60mm. The traverse lengths are 90cm, 120cm, 150cm, and 180cm, forming the module dimensions. There are hooks with 3 claws that are connected by welding at both ends of the sleepers. Thanks to these hooks, the sleepers are placed on the feet. No fasteners are used.

Shelf trays can be made in one piece or parts on the light-duty shelf. This detail is again determined according to the load capacity to be transported. Split tables are important for spreading the load. Table thicknesses vary from 0.70mm, 1.00mm, and 1.50mm. The width of each shelf is 30 cm in partial tables and the depths vary. If requested, shelf tables can also be manufactured as chipboard.

The entire light-duty shelf is painted with an electrostatic powder coating process. After the degreasing and passivation processes, the painting process is started and the product is baked at 200 degrees. Color alternatives are available.
